Spencer Grammer has been an American actor for over 20 years. He is best known for his role as Summer Smith, the voice behind Rick and Morty. Spencer Grammer was born in and was raised in Los Angeles, California. She is the daughter of actress Kelsey Grammer. Her father was a well-known actor as well as a director at the time of his time.
